You will be charged at the time of signing up for the VIP BOX and your first order will ship within 1-2 business days (not including weekends or holidays). After your first order, you’ll be billed on the same date as you originally signed up for the VIP BOX and they will continue to ship out within 1-2 business days (not including weekends or holidays) each time.

You can delay or skip next shipment for your subscription at any time through the VIP customer portal. Our team is here to help as well.
Once you make your order, you will receive a 4-digit code through email or SMS along with a link to a customer portal. Follow the link and input your code when prompted to access the subscription management portal.
At this time, our subscription process unfortunately does not offer customization of individual boxes, so exchange requests cannot be approved. But no worries as our expert stylists makes sure to select trendy and exclusive new styles that will be a delightful surprise each month. Of course if any jewelry item arrives with defect, simply contact us at support@cateandchloe.com, provide a photo, and our team will happily get a replacement of that item out to you.
